The stunning neighborhood known as "Sea Cliff" surrounds the secluded, calm entrance of China Beach. The homes of this area are far from simple. Their elegant architecture, perfectly manicured yards and small windows to the sea between each one makes these houses home to several celebrities. Once you drive through the narrow streets you will come across a tiny sign that states: "public beach." Follow it down and arrive at a small parking lot. As you walk down the sandy stairs along hills sprinkled in wildflowers, you will see the Golden Gate Bridge to the right and rugged cliffs to the left. This beach is slightly warmer because the cliffs tend to block a little wind. Any spot here in the sand will provide a pure, beautiful view, on a clear day you'll be able to spot the Marin Headlands!
