A mild 70 degree Saturday, nothing needed to be done and a blanket- Just a few things that make a picnic splendid. As we searched for the perfect spot, we settled into a meadow covered with white daises poking out of the grass. With just the right amount of sun and shade, we sipped crisp wine and truly enjoyed every last second in our private little section of Golden Gate Park. As the afternoon sun began to come a little closer to the earth, it was time to head to the lake for some boating! As we paddled along the water and under stone bridges, the warmth of the sun and reflection of the pink cherry blossom trees on the blue lake made the day date magical. An beautiful afternoon at Stow Lake is a great place for a day date, the boats are inexpensive and picnics are always romantic!
